Webinar Description: 
This session will provide a discussion and techniques for personal self-care in challenging times. We'll explore how kindness to self translates to kindness and compassion to the children and families we serve and others in our lives. 

Presenter:
Gabriela Maestas 0’Dell, MS, LPC-S, RPT-S, ECMHC

Gabriela is a Licensed Professional Counselor currently working as a Mental Health Consultant providing support to teachers in child care and pre-school settings.  She has a background in child and adolescent mental health, family therapy, and play therapy.  Her passions lie in supporting teachers and parents to navigate their own stress and self-care so that they can be their best selves for the children in their lives.
