Gaining our composure in any situation gives us the ability to respond consciously rather than to react irrationally. In this webinar, we will discuss and practice skills for gaining and maintaining composure. Presenter: Elizabeth Vansandt, M.Ed. Elizabeth "Beth" Vansandt is a Program Specialist for A-State Childhood Services on the Conscious Discipline and BehaviorHelp teams. Beth has 30+ years of experience working with children of all ages and has been a learning partner with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-agers, college students, parents, and grandparents. She loves people and has a passion for helping them bloom in every stage of life.
